Frequently Asked Questions

Have questions not answered below? Reach out to us at hello@agentmanor.com

  1. Where will I receive my showing requests?

All showing requests will go immediately to your email address on file. You’ll receive the potential buyer’s name, email, and phone number. In addition, you’ll receive the day and times requested for a showing. We encourage agents to connect with the lead immediately to either confirm the showing or reschedule to a later day and time.

  2. What to do with leads that don’t purchase my listing?

Listings are a phenomenal way to get buyer leads. In fact, it’s the #1 way to get leads. Why? Because you actually have a home for sale. If you get a showing request and the buyer is not interested in putting an offer on your listing - we highly encourage nurturing a relationship with them (if they don’t already have an agent) and help them find a listing similar to yours that they can fall in love with. Don’t lose buyer leads that are actively looking for a home. You may not have sold that listing to them, but you can easily sell another.

  3. How can I use my listing websites to generate more listings?

Sellers want a listing agent that goes above and beyond when it comes to marketing their homes. An agent that goes the extra mile builds confidence that you can get their home sold quickly and for top dollar. When you sit down with a potential seller lead, bring a laptop/tablet and showcase a sample listing template and show them the steps you take to make sure their home has the best exposure online.

  4. How many listing websites can I have?

Whether you only have 1 listing or 100, our agents have access to unlimited listing websites. However, these listings must be your own. Meaning, you must have a signed listing agreement with the seller to consider the listing your own.

  5. Can I use listings from another agent?

Using another agent’s listing to help generate showings or buyer leads is considered a “Referral Listing” within Agent Manor. As long as you have written permission from the listing agent to promote their listing and create a website for it, Agent Manor members are allowed 5 “Referral Listing” websites at any given time. Meaning, 5 online at one time in total. You can always request to close another “Referral Listing” page to create another if you are maxed out at 5.

  6. Can I use listings from my brokerage?

The same answer applies to this question as answered in question 6. There must be a written agreement (we do not require agents to submit a copy of this agreement to us, this is for your protection based on real estate marketing laws) and you can have up to 5 “Referral Listing” websites.

  7. Can I use listings from my team?

Absolutely. If the listing belongs to you or your team, you are welcome to use it.

  8. Can I make our listing website branding for our team?

Yes! You can either have the listing branding be your own or your team’s info. Showing requests can go to your email, the email for your team, or to an assistant.

  9. Can I create a listing template for another agent under my membership?

Agents are permitted to only create listing websites for listings that you are the exclusive agent to or the 5 “Referral Listing” websites. All of these websites must either have your branding or your team’s branding and contact info. Agents cannot create a listing website for another agent who is not a member and add their contact and branding info. That agent must create their own account with us at www.AgentManor.com to create a property website for their listing.

  10. What’s the best way to promote my listing link?

Great question! You can promote your link on social media, other digital platforms you utilize, your main real estate website, and in all of your email and print marketing. Flyers, postcards, etc. are all great for promoting your website link. This makes it much easier to promote a link for a site dedicated to your property instead of a Zillow link, Realtor.com link, etc. that has the potential of losing leads and buyers to other agents.
