Follow the steps below to get set-up.

 

STEP ONE

GATHER LISTING DATA

Once you’ve selected your preferred template, you’ll need to fill out the form in step 2 and complete step 3. Within 24 business hours, after receiving the required content from you regarding your listing, our team will complete your listing website. We’ll then email you your listing website link so you can begin promoting your property.

We highly recommend gathering all of the information for your listing before starting on your form in step 2. The form can’t be saved and must be submitted with all information at once to streamline the creation of your property website.

STEP TWO

COMPLETE & SUBMIT FORM

Click the button below to complete the form with information relating to your listing. We recommend gathering all of the necessary information before you begin the form. The form cannot be saved and all information must be submitted all at once.

If you want anything to be left blank, or there is information not related to your listing that is on the template, please put Not Available in response on the form.

STEP THREE

SUBMIT PHOTOS & VIDEO

Once we receive your property information through the form in step 2, we will directly respond to that email and request the following:

  • A minimum of 6 property photos. We highly recommend using professional photos. Please send them in the highest quality in PNG or JPG form that you have.

  • A link to a video. If you have a video for your listing, please provide the link where it is hosted. I.e. YouTube, Vimeo, etc. If you don’t have any videos, we’ll create a photo collage for the video section.

  • Your headshot & brokerage logo.

Please be sure to submit this content asap as soon as you hear from us to ensure we can complete your website within 24 business hours.
